Orders are shipped with USPS first class mail which usually take 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately, I only ship to the USA at this moment. 

Each set is handmade and customized to order! It will take 1-2 weeks to ship out your set. 

Approximately 3-5 days to ship out. If you ordered press on nail sets along with other items, then the entire order will take 1-2 weeks to ship out.

If you entered an incorrect address, please email me at oddream.nails.jz@gmail.com as soon as possible at and it can be changed. If your order has been marked as shipped, unfortunately all we can do is wait for your order to be returned to sender and you may pay for it to be reshipped to the correct address.

Please email me immediately at oddream.nails.jz@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your press on sets, cancellations are not possible once I start making the nails.

Once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled. If your order has not been marked as shipped yet, please email oddream.nails.jz@gmail.com and I will be happy to help you with your order.

Hygiene Concerns: Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or requests for different styles or sizes. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be unused and include all toolkit items.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
